Captain Markus.
Markus is originally from Germany but spend most of the first pat of his working life teaching tennis in the South of France. His first boat was “donated” to him by an unlucky poker player. He sold it rather quickly to upgrade to the size yacht that would allow much more significant journey than bobbing around the Saint Tropez’ Bay. And one day, some twenty years ago, he casted the lines off, kept the Riviera to his back and after a few stops between Africa and Brazil, eventually dropped anchor in one of Tobago’s beautiful secluded bays... He since has been offering his services as Skipper to several charter companies in the region and he is now focusing on his new venture: S/V Picante. Markus loves to share his passion for sailing and the Sea: His knowledge and skills will be adapted to sailors of all levels. He is a fun loving person and a very patient teacher!
Amenities.
This 42ft Catamaran has two very comfortable guest cabins each with a queensize bed, en-suite toilet and face wash basin. There are two hatches and a fan for a guaranteed cool sleep in the tropics. The saloon and the galley are on the same level, which means the chef will be able to “lime” (socialize) while cooking, allowing a friendly and warm atmosphere. The salon table will accommodate six persons comfortably. The galley is equipped with a large freezer, a fridge, a four burner stove without forgetting the indispensable BBQ grill placed astern of the covered cockpit. Even when sailing the cockpit is permanently in the shade with a hardtop cover. The two trampolines are up front offer great sun tanning lounge and are even better for star-gazing at night. There is a swim platform astern with a deck shower which gives easy an access to the main pool!
